Processing time frames DO NOT include shipping timeframes. Each pre-order and made to order is made with love and made to order. Meaning the timeframe made to each order will be noted in the description under each product on our website. PLEASE NOTE this does not include weekends and public holidays.

Ready Made products in stock will be posted within 1-3 business days of receiving payment
Made to Order items will be posted between 2-3 weeks
Pre-order products will be posted within 3-6 weeks.
If there is a delay due to backlog, out of stock items, this will be communicated with you via email.

Please be mindful, Buta Buta Yama Creations is a small family run business, and everything is made upon order. We will work our hardest to get orders made and sent as soon as possible, however some delays may occur due to our stock. Any delay will be communicated.

Buta Buta Yama Creations ships with Australia Post and for now within Australia Only. Due to our regional location orders will be shipped at standard shipping rates set by Australia Post.

Postage time generally takes 3-7 days to arrive once posted, all orders will be sent a tracking number once item has been posted.
PLEASE NOTE that Australia Post delivery times are not at our fault, but we will assist with any lost or delayed tracking if necessary.
